"Hi! I'm Allie and I'm so happy you are here.
With a background as an athlete, I was used to high intensity exercise training only. I practiced that style of working out into my college life and beyond, which led to many years of feeling bloated, exhausted, and stressed. After trying Pilates, I discovered that slow, intentional movement made me feel INCREDIBLE. My mental, physical, and emotional health all started to improve drastically, and it truly changed my relationship with myself for the better. Now as a certified Pilates instructor, I want to share my love of Pilates so that YOU can learn what it feels like to be your best self."
